Full proposal

Replacement of marble residential entrance steps with granite steps. Roof level alterations including renewal of main rooflight to flat roof, other small barrel rooflight replacements, provision of a conservation velux light in lieu of existing vaulted light, like for like replacement of three roof level windows, and waterproofing to existing asphalt flat high level roofs (Site includes roof of 207-209 Piccadilly).
