Full proposal
Demolition of existing third floor level and removal of existing roof top structures. Erection of a replacement third floor and new mansard storey at fourth floor level and creation of terrace along the Marshall Street frontage. Creation of a new plant deck and installation of an area of bio-solar roof with a at fifth floor level Installation of replacement windows and doors and modification to the buildings access arrangement. Infill of rear windows. All in connection with use of part basement and part ground for retail or restaurant purposes (Class E) and use of part basement, part ground and first to new fourth floor level (and associated terrace) for office purposes (Class E).
