Full proposal

Erection of a rear extension to create a new lift shaft; installation of four conservation-style rooflights and two roof access hatches; introduction of slimline double glazing to windows and doors; replacement of single door at lower ground with double door; reduction of triple sliding doors to a double set; construction of a new access bridge with railings leading to the rear terrace; installation of an acoustic enclosure at lower ground floor level; installation of a new kitchen rooflight; and creation of an external terrace at upper ground floor level, including new windows, doors, and a parapet wall; and internal alterations.
