Demolition of existing plant enclosure and part first floor and replacement with new plant and plant enclosure to the rear of 35-37 Weymouth Street, including extension and alterations at first floor to enlarge the existing hospital accommodation (Class C2). Alteration to the Wimpole Mews Elevation frontage including the installation of replacement louvres, removal of railings and addition of wall mounted planters.
