Amendments to planning permission dated 22nd September 2011 (RN:11/07285/FULL) for Extension of time for the commencement of development granted planning permission on 24 December 2008 (extant permission: RN: 08/06804); namely, external alterations to existing dwelling at 21 Charles St and 21 Hays Mews including demolition and redevelopment of the mews building (retaining the front facade) to create sub basement, lower basement, ground to second floors including a mansard roof in connection with the use of the building for residential purposes (Class C3). Creation of link at ground floor level and terrace at first floor level within courtyard area. Installation of plant at roof level of No. 21 Charles Street. Namely, to add a condition listing the plan numbers as well as changes to internal walls at sub-basement, lower basement and basement level at 20-21 Hays Mews to accommodate alternative piling strategy, and resultant change to core and associated doors in the mews property.
