Reposition the front elevation of the two-storey side extension, to align with the main dwelling-house; replace some internal doors with new traditional timber doors; replace the existing stair from lower ground floor to upper ground floor, with a traditionally detailed timber stair; waterproof lining to lower ground floor; additional joinery pieces; and rationalisation of Rainwater Goods to improve the external elevations.
