Demolition and redevelopment of site to provide a building comprising retained basement, ground plus 12 upper storeys with rooftop plant and terraces for use as office (Class E(g)) and mixed uses at ground floor level (Class E (a)(b)(c)(d)(e), together with ancillary spaces. Provision of public realm works to Victoria Street and Dean Farrar Street, on-site cycle parking, servicing, refuse storage, plant and associated works. (Site includes 10-18 and 20 Victoria Street).
