Full proposal

Phased development including retention of rear basement roof slab (previously proposed for demolition and replacement), infilling of void creating an internal lightwell and the creation of a rear extension at ground floor. Removal of rear ground floor toilet block and external fire escape stairs. Demolition of existing, altered mansard roof and construction of a new mansard roof with dormer windows and concealed plant enclosure. Extension of existing lift to serve fourth floor. Replacement of third floor rear windows with double glazed sash windows. Minor internal reconfigurations.
