Demolition of all existing buildings (Class B2) and structures and associated works and erection of new buildings comprising a mixed-use redevelopment of residential (Class C3) and commercial (Class E) uses, together with all landscaping, public realm, cycle parking, car parking, highways works and associated works (see associated application ref. 2025/4364/P at 3-30 Cedar Way).
