Proposal/DescriptionChange of use from Use Class E(g)(iii) (existing light industrial/workshop use) to a mixed-use community facility (Use Classes F2(a), F2(b), and E(g)(iii)), to a mixed use facility for community groups and public hire. Works include replacement of roof with insulated panels and PV installation, new windows and doors, internal reconfiguration, and minor external alterations to the south elevation for access, loading bay, and small store, with no significant changes to principal street frontages.
