Breach alleged i) Without planning permission the material change of use of the Land for office and non-agricultural storage purposes including but not limited to the storage of plant, machinery, gas cannisters, traffic cones, skips, waste rubble/ materials/ vehicle parts, pallets, tyres, recyclable vehicle parts,shipping containers /trailers, timber, fencing, marble sheets, and the importation and laying of material to create a hard surface ii) The erection of a two-storey office building.
