Summary

Convert upper floors to hotel; add ground-floor lobby, third-floor extension, reclad with zinc and floor-to-ceiling glazing.

Full proposal

Change of use for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors from Class E(a) to C1 hotel. Creation of a lobby for the hotel on the ground floor will include an entrance canopy and zinc wall cladding. Extension of the third floor to fill the building footprint, which will be continued with matching brick and windows. Replacement of the majority of the glass on the upper floors with floor-to-ceiling glass panels, and recladding the majority of the ground floor solid walls with zinc panels.
