Single storey rear extension, a roof extension involving hip to gable end with rear dormer, 2 no front facing roof lights, installation of new SVP to side elevation, demolition of chimney stack at roof level, new ground floor side elevation window and replacement windows to match existing (Phase 2) (Phase 2 to commence when phase 1 completed)
