Proposal:

Outline planning application (with access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale reserved) for the demolition of 156 existing residential units, buildings and associated structures to enable the phased redevelopment of the site (including Phase 0 enabling preliminary works) to deliver 463 new residential units (Use Class C3) and up to 645 sqm (GEA) of commercial floor space (Use Class E (a/ b)), within buildings ranging in 2 to 21 storeys in height, with associated public open space, hard and soft landscaping, public realm, creation of new and alteration to existing access, car and cycle parking provisions, sustainable drainage systems, re-levelling and other associated works. This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement (AMENDED PLANS).
