Erection of Single storey extension to building known as Shortwood Barn. The advice stated 'Overall it is considered that a single storey extension would be considered as an acceptable addition at application stage. Draft sketches have been submitted which are helpful in showing the location of the extension, and whilst not to scale, the extension is shown in the site context. The site plan shows a footprint which would be proportionate to the existing dwelling. Being single storey, there would be limited impact upon the character as the extension would remain subservient. Materials indicated would match the dwelling, utilising cladding and stone which is welcomed.' This planning application is an exact replica of that pre-application, with the additional of requisite scaled drawings
