Residential development of 152 dwellings (C3); replacement playing field, open space, skate park, and outdoor gymnasium (including change of use from education (F1(a)) to outdoor sport and recreation (F2(c))); new pedestrian and cycle bridge and pathways; alterations to Moor Lane and Mowbray Road including new accesses and pavements; hard and soft landscaping; and all engineering, ancillary, and associated works including new foul pumping station, SuDS basins, and demolition of all existing buildings and structures. A phased and severable development.
