Garage conversion including external alterations to create additional space for the childrens home, comprising a Therapy / Sensory Room and a staff rest zone / shower room. There is no increase in residents or staff from the previously approved children's home under application 23/01997/COU, which restricts occupancy to a maximum of five children. Alteration also to the roof over the hall from a pitched roof to a flat roof.
