Subdivision of existing building to provide commercial unit (Class E) office space at ground and lower ground floor level and three self-contained units to first and second floor (Class C3), involving the erection of a two storey side/rear extension and conversion of existing roof space. Creation of new side access and parking, cycle and refuse storage to rear and associated landscaping.
