Conversion of a first and second-floor maisonette into two self-contained flats, including demolition of the first-floor rear storage building and removal of the ground-floor rear staircase, mansard roof extension with 1x front and 2x rear rooflights, first-floor rear extension, and part second-floor rear extension. Works also include the installation of new windows to the rear elevations of the first and second floors and a window to the first-floor side elevation
