Alterations to facilitate change of use from 5no house in multiple occupation bedsits to 1no flat (Class C3) with insertion of 2no rooflights and internal alterations including removal of non-original partitions, provision of en-suite, blocking up of door, opening up of space at second floor level and retention and various repairs to historic features as necessary.
