Proposal:
Replace the sunroom and stable roof adding 2m height spotlights and windows to rebuild the wooden tack room with brick and mortar to match the attached stable. To replace the collapsed roof of the tack room with a flat roof. To clad the walls of the stable and tack room in stone to visually match the wall dividing the grounds of Woodyside Cottage. To build the attached wood store with brick and mortar to match the attached sunroom. To use the space created by the restoration as a studio, gym, and home office. To clear vegetation from the existing viewing platform and patio area to the North elevation of the sunroom. To repave both areas. To restore the existing metal balcony structure on the North elevation of the sunroom. To clear vegetation and repave the steps leading from the sunroom down to the North boundary of the property.
