Redevelopment for 31 retirement living apartments including communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping; demolition of units 6,7-8,9,10 Carlton Court; partial demolition of unit 11 and the Co-op, and works including a new end wall, relocation of the lift, and new doors, together with reconfiguration of the car park, a new vehicular access onto Westbury Court Road and pedestrian access to Carlton Court.
