Proposal:

Trees located in Woodgrange Court. Tree 1: Tree location is approximately 1.5 metres from fence boundary. 30% combination prune. Remove all dead and diseased branches. Thin the crown evenly and remove crossing branches to allow a healthier crown. Cut back and lift 3 metres away from property. Tree 2: Tree location is approximately 3 metres from wall boundary. 30% combination prune. Removal of all dead and diseased branches to allow a cleaner crown. Tree 3: Tree location is approximately 5 metres from boundary wall, Crown is overextended and top-heavy which increases wind risk so will need a 30% crown reduction for safety. Overall: All tree locations are clearly shown and identified on the aerial view photograph used in lieu of a sketch. I have also included a photo of each tree individually with my application.
