Change of use from grazing paddocks to formation of irrigation ponds, rewilding scheme and creation of water harvesting scheme for irrigation involving material that will be imported under the CL:AIRE DoWCoP utilising direct transfer arrangements for clean, naturally occurring material from suitable donor sites to make up the shortfall in the construction material requirements
