Works to include the demolition of existing rear garage; erection of a two-storey side extension; erection of a single-storey rear extension; and loft conversion including rear dormer windows and front rooflights. Associated works to include alterations to fenestration, creation of revised vehicular access/parking arrangement, and associated hard/soft landscaping, refuse, and cycle storage.
