Completion of demolition works ready for new construction, redevelopment of the house to including works to the right hand side elevation forming a new wing (lower & entrance floors) to better layout the family living circumstances with 6no rooflights and 4 runs of 5 solar panels, a deck surround to allow access to the garden areas from the living level. A dormer to the right hand side loft of the existing house. Insulation and upgrading works to the existing structure with new render/cladding finishes as indicated. New front access stairs and two storey extension on the left portion. Relocate existing carport to be accessed better from the house, in the same general areas as the existing.
