Proposal:

The application relates to the lawful use of a property as a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) falling within Use Class C4. The change of use from a single dwelling house (Use Class C3) to a small HMO (Use Class C4) occurred lawfully under permitted development rights before the subsequent introduction of the Article 4 Direction. There has been no external alterations to the building only internal alterations.
