Proposal:
Amalgamation of two flats to create a family home, the replacement of a two-storey lean-to extension and removal of the existing external staircase, enlargement of the existing roof dormer, reinstatement of entrance portico, fitting of new light tunnels and high-level windows to basement, the installation of an Air Source Heat Pump, bin store and cycle storage in the garden and other associated external alterations and remedial works.
