Proposal:
Demolition of 4 Great Queen Street and 62 Parker Street and erection of a new 7 storey building in connection with the change of use of Kingsway House from commercial use (Class E) to provide a combined a hotel use (Class C1), extension and remodelling of upper storeys of Kingsway House to accommodate further C1 hotel floorspace, provision of ancillary facilities, Class E commercial unit at ground floor level of Kingsway House, and associated works including refurbishment of Kingsway House façade.
