Proposal:

Garage conversion with replacement and new fenestration. The garage which is adjoined to the house to be connected via newly created internal doorway and converted into 2 new rooms. One of which is to be a WC/bathroom and the other to be a bedroom/office. These rooms will be separated by internal partition walls. All walls, floors, ceilings to be fully insulated per regulation requirements and approved/monitored by building control. All works to be within normal hours Mon-Fri (8am-5pm). The building works needed would be: Remove existing garage door and replace with brickwork and a window. Add foul drainage below ground connecting to drain at the back of the house. Remove a backdoor which is to be replaced with brickwork and the existing window to be moved slightly so it sits central in the newly created room.
