Retrospective change of use of part of a barn to a 1-bedroom self-contained independent dwellinghouse, and associated operational development, barn extension to create store, change of use of land to garden/private amenity land used in connection with the dwellinghouse, and change of use of remaining part of the barn to residential garage in connection with the dwellinghouse. Proposed replacement enlarged window to western elevation of barn, electric vehicle charging point, and planting of 3 new trees.
