Proposal:

Fagus (Beech) hedge on Village hall boundary (Marked 1 on map)- Trim rear side of hedge by up to 12"only to match previous works. Reduce section on southern boundary by 2.5m to match existing hedge. Mixed hedge on rear boundary (Marked 2 on map)- Reduce top by up to 1m and trim front face by 30cm to retain boxed form on completion. Ligustrum (Privet) hedge between garden and field (Marked 12 on map)- Reduce by 1.5m (to 4ft) trim both sides by 0.5m to retain boxed form on completion Mixed shrub group at side of house (Marked 13 on map) - Reduce individual shrubs within group by 2-2.5m and shape to retain rounded forms where possible. Hedge between garden and church (Marked 14 on map) - Reduce by 1m (to 5ft) and trim by 30cm to retain boxed form on completion.
