Proposal:

Proposed adaption of the ground floor of 24 Promenade to accommodate a Knoops. The works include minor adaptations to the layout to create a new service area and seating on the ground floor and back of house spaces. New finishes are proposed throughout. Externally the works comprise decoration and installation of new signage.
