Proposal
Proposed new driveway at property front. Requiring the removal of existing hedge and garden walls on the front elevation. Existing gate posts, gate and walkway in front of the house to be retained. The front drive would be 21.5ft wide and 17.4ft 'deep' (i.e. from the pavement towards the house). Permission also sought for lowered kerb to improve access.
