Proposal:

Refurbishment and alterations to office building including: i) Provision of access to terraces on the 4th floor and alteration and extension to existing roof terrace on the 8th and 9th floors including the formation of two roof pavilions, installation of stairs, removal and relocation of plant area, landscaping changes, installation of rooflights, removal of rooflights and installation of balustrades; ii) Creation of new openings and installation of windows at ground floor on Victoria Embankment elevation; iii) installation of louvers, creation of double height entrance space to atrium and installation of plant screen at 6th floor on Watergate Street; iv) Alterations to fenestration and internal office layout to all floors and other associated works; v) Removal of office spaces above the atrium on floors 5 to 8 and installation of stairs to all floors; vi) Reconfiguration of basement level to provide new auditorium space, revised car parking arrangement, cycle storage and end of trip facilities, with provision of cycle access from Victoria Embankment via former car park access; and vii) Reconfiguration at ground floor to create open workspace and tenant amenity space.
