Variation (S73) of condition 2 ( in accordance with drawings) of planning permission 24/02451/FUL graned 16/01/2025 for demolition of existing 2no. modular buildings and construction of new 2-storey steel container education building including classroom facilities, office/administration, toilets and changing rooms, kitchen area, plant room and separate storage facilities. (The proposal is to enable a larger modular building to be constructed on site).
