Outline planning application for development (including demolition of existing structures) and erection of a residential led, mixed use development comprising: residential market and affordable homes (Class C3); provision of mixed tenure, extra care housing (Class C2); a mixed use local centre with retail (Class E), healthcare centre (Class E), community (Class F2), primary school (F1) and nursery facilities (Class E); open spaces, recreational play, ecological areas, woodlands and public realm; new and improved pedestrian, cycle and vehicular accesses and network (to include principal access points at Chesham Road, Swing Gate Lane and Fieldway); associated drainage, utilities, energy and waste facilities and infrastructure; and improvement works to existing access routes. With all matters reserved apart from detailed access from Chesham Road (phased development).
