Proposal:

Installing steel supports to shore up the first floor of the beater house. Installing scaffolding to give access to the upper pulper floor roof, the duster room roof and the beater house roof. Installation of the the upper pulper floor roof cladding and gutters. Removal of internal asbestos cladding from the beater house. Removal of corregated asbestos roof cladding from the duster room. Installation of wooden props to support roof trusses and beams with obvious degradation.
