Internal alterations to Flat 3 and Flat 4 to create a one 2 bedroom flat. Internal alterations: removal and construction of walls to create utility; remove inner entrance doors to both flats; partial removal of wall to link both flats in lobby area and remove wall between the 2 kitchens to create a large kitchen area.
