Proposal
Attic conversion with 2 traditional bay windowed dormers, with timber sash and case windows and slated hipped roof to the front - additional roof lights to the rear. The principal ground floor rooms to the front will be unaltered. The existing rear extension will be extended and upgraded to provide a kitchen / diner / living area with glazed access to the existing wall courtyard (as amended).
