Proposal
The property is a top floor flat. On the north side of the building are 2 rooms (one bathroom and one bedroom). Each room has a skylight in the coomb ceiling. I am looking to replace these skylights with new heritage /conservation style velux windows as the current ones are in a state of disrepair.
