Proposal
Install an external passenger lift adjacent to principal overhaul slate roof and install metal edge protection to flat roof, remove two trees to facilitate boundary wall rebuild; replace external light fixtures and undercroft gates on like for like basis. Internal alterations to remove existing partition walls and construct new walls.
