Sitting of a temporary compound and welfare units for the duration of 22 months, to serve the construction of the residential developments approved under ref: 20/01313/FUL & 24/01798/FUL. The Forth Port land and boundaries shall be returned to it's current use and condition on completion of the above developments, estimated to be March 2027.
