Demolition of existing garage to side of building. Construction of 2 storey extension to side of previously approved nursery (Not developed / connected to existing adjacent nursery as yet). Extension to extend past rear of existing building, with raised platt and steps formed to rear, to provide access to rear garden. (AS AMENDED)
