Rear dormer with rear outrigger dormer, front roof lights and removal of existing chimney at front. The dormer extension has already been constructed and is located on the rear roof slope of the property. The development provides additional habitable accommodation within the existing roof space and does not extend beyond the plane of the front elevation. The works relate solely to the roof of the existing dwellinghouse and do not involve any change of use of the land or building. The property remains in lawful use as a single residential dwelling (Use Class C3).
