Proposal
The proposal involves the partial removal of existing garden boundary walls and fencing to the front and side of the property. Installation of a new 1.8m high boundary fencing along a revised alignment, finished square with the dwelling. Existing boundary fencing along the boundary with No. 127 and 128 Church Drive will be retained respectively. A new double access gate is proposed to the front of the property. The front garden will be partially reconfigured. Off-street parking will be retained, compromising three parking spaces measuring approximately 4.8m x 2.5m, each with additional space available for a further vehicle. The section of the front lawn in front of 128 and 129 will be retained. The proposals do not involve alterations to the existing kerb line or footpath, and no works are proposed beyond the site boundary.
