Proposal
Proposed erection of a single-storey side extension designed to enhance office, meeting, storage, and community facilities. Associated works include the installation of a 9-space cycle shelter, two new gates at the western entry points, and six new bollard lights along existing pathways. The extension will require the partial demolition of two internal walls and will feature a flat roof with a ceiling height of 2,685mm, which is approximately 1 metre lower than the existing ceiling height
