Proposal
Erection of a two storey side extension with pitched roof and gable to the front and rear elevations, new front porch, new rear glazed bay projection at terrace level, changes to fenestration, replacement of existing roof coverings and sections of external cladding together with a new vehicular access with dropped kerb, new driveway and permeable block paving following removal of the external side stairway.
