Erection of a rear roof extension with 4no dormer windows in the rear roofslope, installation of 6no rooflights in the main roofslope in connection with the creation of 1 x 1 bedroom self-contained residential flat; installation of 1no window to the rear elevation and replacement of 2no windows with new timber framed double glazed windows to the front elevation at upper ground floor level; erection of a bin store at upper ground floor level to front of the building.
