Erection of a rear dormer roof extension; erection of rear extensions at lower ground, ground and first floor levels; excavation of the front, rear and side gardens to form lightwells in connection with the enlargement of the existing lower ground floor; use of the lower ground floor and rear part of the upper ground floor level as 1 x 2 bedroom self-contained flat and use of part of the upper ground floor and the first and second floor levels as 1 x 3 bedroom self-contained flat; erection of 1.8m high obscure glazed fencing and 1.1m high glass balustrades above the roof of first floor rear back in connection with the creation of a roof terrace; installation of a rooflight in the front roofslope; installation of a new door to replace the existing window, installation of new gates to replace the existing gates and alterations to the shopfront glazing fronting Iffley Road elevation; erection of a low level wall with railings on top and alterations to the shopfront glazing fronting Aldensley Road elevation; replacement of the existing door with a new door to the corner elevation fronting both Aldensley Road and Iffley Road elevations; provision of cycle stores and refuse stores in the side and rear gardens; alterations to upper ground and first floor windows in the rear elevation.
